I saw and experienced the biggest Glow Up in my life when I made space to honor my own healing after a breakup and relentlessly pursued coming back home to self. I was in a space of being sick and tired of repeating the same unhelpful patterns in relationships that often left me feeling unworthy, not good enough, and like something was fundamentally off with me due to the partners I kept attracting into my life. I had enough with talking, yelling, and crying about my heartbreak frustrations and was ready to glow into action.
